What if I receive a defective product?
You have 30 days to exchange a defective item for another copy. We will cover the shipping costs in this case. Go to Terms and Conditions for full information on returns.

Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
Absolutely! Used products make up a large part of our inventory. These products must pass strict guidelines before they leave our stores. If they don't make the grade, we don't sell them. We don't sell items with missing parts.

Absolutely not! Our products are unique, rare and hard to find in elsewhere. However, we do not stock, nor sell pirated or illegal products. We spare our every affords to ensure the authenticity of our products. If you do see items in our inventory that are unavailable elsewhere, it's because we strive to offer the widest selection of collectables, rarities and hard-to-find find titles possible. All our products are legal, licensed and legitimate.

Can I buy items as gifts and send to my friends directly?
Yes! Items in our store is truly suitable as options for gifts and we are sure that upon receiving your friends will both be surprised and delighted by our products! To do so, you just need to make remarks in the transactions, and we will attach a card with your personal message to the gift. This service is free of charge. For Gift-wrapping, we only charge $1.99 per order.

How do I find what I'm looking for on this site?
Browse: If you just want to poke around you can browse by the different categories. It's a great way to spend an hour or two and you'll probably come across with items you have never seen before here! Search Engine: If you know exactly what you're looking for you can use our search engine located in the lower left corner. Use the check box to choose to search with the title and descriptions or search only within the new items. After that, simply hit the "Search" button and you'll be given links to that product's page. You can also use Advanced Search by hitting the link below the check box. In Advanced Search you can further fine tune your searching criteria and locate what you want exactly within seconds.

Do I have to register in order to browse?
No. You can browse our entire store without entering any information. If you would like to purchase items from us, you will have to provide us with billing and shipping information. How do I place an order?
Once you've found something you like click on the "Buy Now" button. When you've decided on the items you'd like to purchase just click on the "Proceed to checkout" button on your shopping cart. You will then be brought to a page requiring you to fill out the shipping information. After filling out all necessary fields, click Proceed to checkout button. Then you will be asked what kind of payment methods you would like to adopt and if theres any remarks for the transaction (e.g. gift-wrapping ). Then an Order Summary will be shown in the page, if everything looks fine, click Place Order and an order number will be issued and shown on screen. Now you can sit back and wait for your delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Items normally ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of receiving your order. DHL Worldwide Parcel will mail shipments and would usually arrive within 5-10 business days. If after 15 business days your shipment has not arrived, please contact us via carlyny@gmail.com . Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of international orders. Shipping delays may occur over observed holidays. All backordered items will ship when item comes into stock.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We place such a high priority on speedy shipping that the processing of your order begins immediately after you complete your purchase. By the time your order has been placed, we will be processing it immediately without delay.
